About us

Our companies were originally established from I.SEC, s.r.o., a company which provided advisory services as early as in 1993. We were among the first entities to launch provision of audit services shortly after the establishment of the Slovak Chamber of Auditors. At the same time, our company introduced provision of book-keeping services.

Since 1996, when AUDIT TAX CONSULTING, k.s., a limited partnership, was established, we have significantly expanded the offered scope of advisory services by tax advice. Such linkage of two companies under a combined management allowed us to manage the company so as to develop experienced professionals within a short time frame and to provide for the education of young professionals. In addition, integration of the decision-making processes allowed us to utilise the work capacity of all our staff to a greater extent and yet always in line with the needs of our clients. Co-operation and unified management provided for both development of universality of individual staff members as well as their gradual specialisation. Extensive individual expertise, modern technology, ever growing efficiency and an ability to address the varying needs of our clients have been the key drivers of the growth in competence of our companies. These trends and the changing needs of our clients have formed the current structure of our capabilities, the highest standard of which we offer on the audit and tax advisory markets.
